Coach Jessica Beck's Fall Basketball Training Program
I AM EXCITED TO TELL YOU ABOUT A FALL BASKETBALL TRAINING PROGRAM THAT I WILL BE CONDUCTING THIS FALL, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE BRIDGEWATER SWISH!
As you know, most players' performance decrease dramatically and fatigue-related injuries arise as the season progresses, this is caused by poor or improper pre-season conditioning. Conversely, proper pre-season conditioning allows you to perform at your highest levels all through the season and helps eliminate those fatigue-related injuries.
Our Fall Basketball Training Program is designed to prepare you for your upcoming season and increase your stamina to help eliminate those late-season injuries by teaching you the proper drills and training concepts to allow you to attain maximum endurance.
Each session will consist of specific drills that will allow you to perform at peak level, while emphasizing fundamental basketball skills, training routines, repetition, and mental strategies on and off the court.
In addition to teaching on the court skills, we will also teach you proper pre-game preparation and post-game activities that can be vital to being a highly successful basketball player.

*Tentatively: Program: Players ages 9-12 will be scheduled ~6:15-7:30pm, while players ages 13-17 will be scheduled ~7:30-8:45pm. One session = one weeknight for 60-75 minutes. Sessions include: warm-up conditioning drills individual skill drills team concept drills instructional scrimmage closing comments
